Anecdotes at work

Working with the public is not always easy, and those who work directly with the public should know. There are unhappy people, there are super happy people, there is everything, but today I will talk about anecdote people.

As you know people have a hard time giving their opinion in front of people, but they are excellent at hiding behind a computer or other social electronic device. If you have a physical store and have to face the ill mood of a customer, imagine having to stare behind a computer. Not undoing the difficulty of facing a grumpy customer head on, and who says client also says worker, there are many who seem to be working please and do not even try to hide it. But let's really get down to business:

The anecdotes that have already passed me by!

I sometimes get e-mails from people saying that the order has not arrived. Of course my whole team has orders to check the situation by asking for some personal data to check what is going on through our computer system, which makes us even more careful.

What happens ?! There is no order from the person complaining, just attempts to receive free products.

I also get negative feedback mainly on facebook from people who have never bought it at the store. Obviously we always send a private message to check the negative feedback and most of the excuses are that they made a mistake, they bought it on another site. It turns out that negative feedbacks stay there and end up not giving the customer confidence. You may not have realized it yet, but try to guess who the people are most often wrong not to say always.

The competition of course !! In order to investigate why it happened so often, I realized that they were owners of other stores or friends of owners. Which shows a lack of respect and a pride in being a target to shoot down.

I can do nothing about it, but I can alert future business owners to these attempts at tar.

There are many pages on facebook that are own accounts and not even one page, precisely for that factor.
